My name is Clayton, and I am the owner and founder of Grounded Irrigation and Lawn Care. I live in the Cowichan Valley where my wife and I are raising our family.

Over the past decade as we have grown our family, we have renovated four homes together always residing within the mid Island region. During this time, I have worked in custom cabinetry, commercial truck driving, and for the last three years, a large landscaping operation. While my jobs have provided me with valuable skills and training, it was our renovations that most helped strengthen my skillsets. Through the purchase, renovation, and subsequent sale of each of our homes I learned valuable lessons about budgeting, creativity, and project management.

This leads me to the present day where I am hoping to use my skills to help customers create their own garden transformations or maintain their current landscaping. Grounded Irrigation and Lawn Care was born from the desire for a new challenge, to have more autonomy in my work, and for a better work-life balance for myself and my family.
